Bug Description

Currently we import the *currently available* commercial apps into the app directory automatically. But we are not removing commercial apps from the app directory which are no longer available.

This leads to situations where we still display an app:

https://apps.ubuntu.com/cat/applications/manager-accounting/

even though it is no longer one of the available apps for precise:

http://software-center.ubuntu.com/api/2.0/applications/en/ubuntu/precise/i386/

Thanks Jos for the tip off! http://fridge.ubuntu.com/2012/04/17/top-10-ubuntu-app-downloads-for-march-2012/#comment-5622
