Bug Description
Currently we import the *currently available* commercial apps into the app directory automatically. But we are not removing commercial apps from the app directory which are no longer available.
This leads to situations where we still display an app:

even though it is no longer one of the available apps for precise:

Google & M$ Windows use automated robots to do this. Third-party freeware exists to check if my urls are alive or not. Do you know about this? Wwe do? e programs like hy not use simmple novic
