Bug Description
I already have Gnome Do 0.8.5 installed (with plugins) but I was trying to compile the plugins from source to manually apply the patch given in https:/
When running ./configure I get the following output:

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.
Alternatively, you may set the environment variables DO_INTERFACE_

[Info 14:48:23.557] [JIRA] Configuration for JIRA is not valid, see the plugin settings page
I have run apt-get build-dep gnome-do* and I should have everything installed.
You must also install Do from source, so the versions match up. Grab the Do source first, compile and install that then compile your do-plugins.
