Enable menu shortcut key (F10 to defaul) doesn't work

Hello there,
I've unchecked the option on Terminal: Keyboard Shortcuts -> Enable the menu shortcut key (F10 as default), although it didn't work, the menu insists in shows up when I press F10. I was using the Midinight Commander on terminal.
