Bug Description

If I add to a zip archive file with it's name in Russian, it can't be extracted.
It's name is shown as "???????????????". When I try to extract it, I get "caution: filename not matched: \?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\? \?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?".
