Bug Description

Please add support for the UK 1.4 specification http://specification.sifassociation.org/Implementation/UK/1.4/ specifically I need to support the 3 new objects WorkforceAbsence, WorkforceAssignment, WorkforceContract.

After discussion with the UK OpenADK task force, please find attached files with changes to support new UK objects WorkforceAbsence, WorkforceAssignment and WorkforceContract for submission to the Java OpenADK. These files located in open-adk-java\adk-generator\datadef\uk\sif25.
