can't save files on curlftpfs mounted ftp dir

Bug Description
with curlftpfs 0.9.2 its not possible to save edited files. tells me file is write protected.
if i compile curlftpfs 0.9.1 by myself i can edit files again.
maybe it would be a good idea to hold this version in the repos too, fix the bug or purge 0.9.2 :)

oh this is in precise (12.04) beta 2
