Installation application crashed, installing Precise to an Asus Eeepc

Used the Alternate i386 cd image from a usb stick. Similar problem seemed to happen during an install from boot and from an installation process within the trial cd-image-based installation.

This is a duplicate of bug 922949 and should be fixed in a daily build of precise.
