Bug Description
My computer froze ( I believe bad hard drive) while configuring my printer, then after rebooting, it showed error message when trying to change printer settings and would not connect to localhost for cups to start.

The error report shown above came because i thought I would fix it by removing and then adding cups. It was upon installing cups that this error was reported.
