compiz crashed with SIGSEGV in g_main_context_dispatch()

Bug Description

I pressed the Super (Windows) key to launch an app, typed the app's name, but before I could click the app, the desktop crashed and restarted with the message in the summary.

What I expected to happen:
No crashes.

What happened instead:
It crashed and restarted Unity and the desktop.
