Bug Description

I am using xubuntu 12.04 beta 2.
I had a flashdrive plugged in.
I had issued "rm -fr [a-z]*" from a terminal for the files on that drive, then used Thunar to unmount. It indicated it was successful.
I pulled out the flashdrive and had this problem happen.

The machine is a ThinkPad x40.
