Bug Description
Precise beta 2, current updates installed.
When I point the mouse to one of the prpgram icons in the launcher, Unity shows a tool tip displaying the name of the program. These tool tips flicker irregularly, when the pointer is near the right edge of the icon. Precisely, flickering occurs when the pointer is in between the coloured icon's right edge and the right edge of the launcher's background. Moreover, flickering disappears when (inside this horizontal region) the pointer is placed near the vertical edges of the icons.
