Bug Description

When connected to Shoutcast for streaming if the connection is terminated on the server side Mixxx crashes. On UNIX systems this is a matter of handling the SIGPIPE signal. Ideally Mixxx would attempt to reconnect and inform the user after too many attempts. At present that is what is being done for send errors.

We now ignore SIGPIPE so shout_send calls will get handled by the regular error checks.
