Quicklists have no blur

Bug Description

Using the latest Unity and Compiz from the default repos and the quicklits seem to have no blurring (e.g. don't blur the background behind them). Blurring was there up to Unity 5.10, but now it seems to be gone.

Thank you for your bug report.

As I have seen in some of the screenshots you post on Twitter, I think you're using panel transparency, right? In case you're using it, this bug is a duplicate of bug 932864.
