[12.04] [Unity] DP<>HDMI + HDMI + DVI monitor, DVI monitor unable to configure.

Bug Description
I am trying to configure 3 monitors as such:
Monitor 1: Samsung SyncMaster 2494HM using HDMI on monitor to HDMI on system.
Monitor 2: HP 2511x using HDMI on Monitor to DisplayPort on System.
Monitor 3: Viewsonic 2450WM-LED DVI to DVI on system.
I was able to get Monitor 1 and Monitor 2 setup as dual monitor setup and works correctly. Display utility is able to recognize the Monitor 3, but when I flip the sw switch on Display utility from off to on and hit apply I get the following error, and I am not able to use the Monitor 3, but only Monitor 1&2.

Manoj Iyer, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue? If so, could you please test for this with the latest development release of Ubuntu? ISO images are available from http:// cdimage. ubuntu. com/daily- live/current/ .
If it remains an issue, could you please run the following command in the development release from a Terminal (Applications- >Accessories- >Terminal) , as it will automatically gather and attach updated debug information to this report:
apport-collect -p xorg-server REPLACE- WITH-BUG- NUMBER
