Bug Description
When creating a new phar-package there are some minor style bugs, especially in the left panel. I guess it`s because of the css/js stripping/

It actually was caused by the CSS minification in the export script. I disabled this switch now, maybe we need to use another CSS minifier than JSMin to get correct results ...
