xqdb uses 'wrong' zorba

Bug Description
The zorba debugger (xqdb) does somehow start two zorba processes in the background. But it doesn't always start those processes with the correct executables. Because xqdb seems to search the zorba executable first in /usr/bin, and then in the build directory. This is pretty annoying for development.
This is the situation on unix. It could be similar on Windows.
