"help" menu bar is missing in firefox

Bug Description

In firefox menu bar in Ubuntu global menu, menu "Help" is missing. However If I disable global menu integration plugin in Firefox and restart it I can see and click "Help" menu on the bar.
To reproduce this bug start firefox and you will see Help menu then close it and start again (at first try might not work so try again)
after that Help menu disappear.

disabling and restarting firefox doesn't help.

We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to review all reported bugs in a timely manner. You reported this bug some time ago and there have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time.

Presumably this problem was a one time occurrence and/or is no longer an issue? Can this bug report now be closed?

If we do not hear from you the bug report will close itself in approximately 60 days time.
