Bug Description
The update process is stuck at:
"Setting up apparmor (2.7.102-0ubuntu3) ..."
I see the following processes:

When apparmor is upgraded, the cache is cleared and all the profiles recompiled. Depending on the system, this can take a while-- eg, one minute or more. How long did you wait for the command to finish?
