Playlist tree refesh failed

The playlist tree doses not show renamed or new playlists.

The attached patch solves the problem for lp:mixxx #3003
Only lp:mixxx is effected by this bug.

I think we can also remove the unused signal featureUpdated(). I have put this in a separate patch for just the case I am wrong.

Looks good, I think that signal is unused as well. Could you also remove
the SidebarModel::refreshData() slot since it's just commented out and now
totally unused?
