hwclock.sh missing "

Bug Description

When running /etc/init.d/hwclock.sh get syntax error.

todd@toddlaptop:/etc/init.d $ sh hwclock.sh
hwclock.sh: line 118: syntax error near unexpected token `('
hwclock.sh: line 118: ` log_success_msg " start sets kernel
(system) clock from hardware (RTC) clock" >&2'

Reviewing script the error is a missing " on end of line 96 which should read:

log_begin_msg "Saving the System Clock time to the Hardware Clock..."
