Bug Description

When installing Ubuntu Server, the task selection should propose to install Linux Crashdump. This would facilitate the installation and enablement of the Linux Crashdump collection tools necessary for offline diagnostics.

Here is an example of a possible task description :

Task: linux-crashdump
Section: server
Relevance: 2
Description: Linux Crashdump
This task enables automatic creation of a kernel crash dump when the system panics.
Key:
 linux-crashdump
Packages: task-fields

We don't normally do tasks for single packages. Is there any way we can encapsulate this into a larger use case somehow ("I want to ...")?

linux-crashdump is a meta-package that will install :
 - kexec-tools
 - makedumpfile
 - crash
 - libdw1
 - linux-crashdump

While this is not a single package, it does fulfill one single requirement which is to allow Ubuntu Server to generate diagnostic data upon a kernel panic.

Making a task out of this seems like the less intrusive and most easily implemented way of suggesting installation of the crash dump mechanism upon install, but I'm totally available to other suggestions.
