Options to remove from Settings page for 12.04 final freeze

Bug Description
Before final freeze, we need to remove the following from the settings page:
* The full Ubuntu section
* The "Check component..." checkbox

We should also remove the 'Check compatibility and hold for future decision' from the default after commissioning choices.
And if we cannot implement: "Deploy with Ubuntu 12.04 LTS", we should remove that one also.
(The Add a node screen needs to be updated accordingly as well)
