Bug Description
Sender: ICQ (dont know version)
Receiver: Pidgin 2.10.3 (libpurple 2.10.3) a156edcd53a8398
After file transfer window pops up I click "Accept" and nothing happens... it tells me "Beginning transfer.." (or something like that) and after 5-10 mins still nothing...
