Window decoration unclickable

I minimize the window and leave it minimized for a while.
After restoring the window from launcher the window decoration is shown but isn't clickable, if i try to click (title bar or buttons) the click passes through.

I have changed the description because this bug affects even rhythmbox, not only firefox.

Nvidia proprietary here, chrome affected. Happened after the latest slew of Compiz updates.

Thank you for your bug report, does it happen often? The tooltips seem to act weirdly on your video, is that just an artifact of the record or do you get issues with that as well when it happens?

sorry for my late reply.
it happens 1-2 times a day (using it the whole day)
for the tooltip is a video resording problem.

i'm an nvidia user.
