Bug Description

When looking at the online site, it says:

"With the changelog entry written and saved, you can just run:

bzr commit

and the change will be committed (locally) with your changelog entry as a commit message."

As far as I know, 'bzr commit' requires you to enter in a commit message and doesn't take it from the changelog. The correct command for this is 'debcommit'.

I'll take care of this

So the new text will read "With the change log entry written and saved, you can just run: debcomit and the change will be committed (locally) with your change log entry as a commit message."

Any concerns? I'll make a branch and a merge request if everyone is ok with it
