busybox runs powertop

Bug Description

Running busybox by itself, or any command linked to busybox runs powertop on the rtsm build 54. Amit Pundir was able to confirm this as well, and determined that the busybox symlinking happened before the installation of powertop (which previously had a symlink for busybox also). So powertop was overwriting the busybox binary.
