Bug Description
--on recently updated Ubuntu 12.04--
steps to reproduce:
1. open a window
2. press ctrl+alt+9
3. change workspace *by using the launcher* (As Alan Morgan suggests)
notice: the window is visible (but not clickable) in *every other* workspace

It happened for me when switching workspaces with the launcher, but not with the keyboard shortcuts.
