Bug Description
I use a soft, named SUMo, which analyse if my applications need update or not. SUMo read informations in the properties sheet of each "exe" file.
Inkscape in the properties sheet says 0.48.1.0, on your website it's 0.48.2.1 and in the "project summary" it's 0.48.3.1. Would you please update all of these info and specially the properties sheet. Thanks a lot.

Confirmed. The 0.48.2 and 0.48.3.1 executables are marked as 0.48.1 in the file properties, version tab.
