Bug Description

Binary package hint: nautilus-cd-burner

I tried to burn a CDRW, and the program showed a message saying that there were incompatible Windows file names on the CD and asked me to cancel the support to Windows filenames.

When I pressed the button CANCEL the program crashed.

Hi,

Here is the debug backtrace, and the log generated with Valgrid.

When I run the program with gdb it stops responding after I click the cancel button.

With valgrid the program closes normally.

I hope I could helped.

Thank you for the work on that. Could you get a valgrind log with nautilus-cd-burner-dbgsym installed?

As I said, when I run the nautilus-cd-burner without valgring, it crashes and I receive I get a Bug Reporting Tool. But when I run it with valgrind the program closes normally. I added again the traces I got today.

I get this messages when I run it on terminal:

The default Ubuntu Human.

Yes.
1. Rename a file to an incompatible joliet file name.
2. Try to burn this file to a CD with nautilus-cd-burner.
3. The burner will notify you that there are file names incompatible to Windows and will ask you to continue or cancel.
4. Click Cancel
