Bug Description

When I try to save the document I've just scanned, No information at all is displayed about where I am in the directory tree.

I can't create a directory (the button appears but has no effect) and I have no choice about the file format.

This doesn't appear at all times but I can't currently explain precisely when it occurs. All I can say is that it isn't the first time I see that problem.
