Add "Album Artist" to library

Can you add a column that sorts by the "Album Artist" tag to the various browser windows?

I've applied the proposed changes and especially reverted the re-ordering of column indices in browsetablemodel.h. The new column indices are now simply appended in ascending order. Don't know if this is still causing trouble?
