Doens't show error dialog for failed transactions

Software-center only shows an error dialog for the ERROR_INVALID_PACKAGE_FILE and ERROR_UNAUTHENTICATED_PACKAGE errors. All other ones are ignored. It seems that in rev 2689 a wrong if statement was introduced.
