Binary package hint: compiz-extra
Steps to produce:
Load any of the compiz-extra plugins via GCONF.
Version:
0.3.6.1-0ubuntu1
Fix:
The plugin files in compiz-extra just need rebuilt against the current compiz packages in Feisty Fawn.

I can confirm this, on amd64 with compiz version 0.3.6-1ubuntu10 and compiz-extra 0.3.6.1-0ubuntu1.
Furthermore, upon adding a compiz-extra plugin to the active_plugins gconf key, compiz gets locked into a cycle of crashing and being restarted.
