Bug Description

I'm using gnome-panel 3. I didn't have a power indicator, despite having -complete on the panel, so I did this

 - Add another indicator-panel-complete to panel (so I now have two)
 - Remove one without power indicator
 - Move old one across to the right
 - Get this crash
