Unity quicklists doesn't have graphical consistency

(On the Unity launcher)
-Hover an app, see the quicklist appearance.
-Right-click on an app, see the quicklist appearance, it looks different (and less readable) than the one when hovering an icon.

Also, the quicklist appearance is not the same when the app is closed or open.

Thank you for your bug report, that needs design input, those don't have a flat background color but some light,reflection effects so it's normal that with extra items and surface the effects shows differently
