Build 8174 not loading saved games

A mate and I are testing the latest build - at the time it was 8197 we were testing, and that was quite buggy when it came to loading saved games. Sometimes they would work, most of the time they didn't. example::

:Save Game during play -> Load saved game while in game -> Loaded sucessfully
:Save Game during play -> Quit to Menu, then Load game -> Sometimes Sucessful (60% not/40% was)
:Save Game during play -> Exit to Windows, then Load Game -> Never Sucessful

I don't know what is causing it, I've even gone back to 8174, not just to test out the load game feature, which btw, isn't loading saved games that were saved using 8174, but the scroll speed in anything newer than 8178 or so, is soooooooooooooo slooooooooooow - basically, it needs to be reverted so scroll speed is better, or add a slider bar so the player can cusomize their scrolling speed in game.
