wish8.5 crashed with SIGSEGV in Tcl_PushCallFrame() using package BLT

Bug Description

In "wish", I typed the following lines

package require BLT
blt::vector create histX histY
blt::vector create histX histY

and the wish crashed. I am not sure whether this is a problem in tk or in blt.
