application produces a traceback when user clicks checkbox for a service

Bug Description

Start application with sudo jobs-admin

"No module named pkit" is shown in terminal but Dialog opens regardless, listing all services.

Click checkmark beside "gps".

This has no effect, but terminal shows the following python traceback each time a service checkmark is clicked:
