Bug Description

Since updating, I notice that clicking on a given launcher icon doesn't swtich me to the respective app.

In my case, I have Firefox on Workspace 1, and LibreOffice on Workspace 2. I'm typing this in FF, but if I click on the LibreOffice Icon, nothing happens. FF loses "focus" but I'm not switched to Workspace 2 or LibreOffice.

The automatically generated tag:

 rc-5.8.0-r2129-p677+ojno3~precise1

Received the following error:

'rc-5.8.0-r2129-p677+ojno3~precise1' isn't a valid tag name. Tags must start with a letter or number and be lowercase. The characters "+", "-" and "." are also allowed after the first character - so I deleted it.

I'm glad to say that this problem was solved, for me, by issuing the following command:

unity --reset

I don't know what caused the problem but I strongly suspect Ubuntu Tweak or MyUnity. The continuous upgrading and updating in a beta environment is bound to mess with whatever settings were at fault.
