Bug Description
What happens:
When I try printing to a USB printer shared over the network through my Linkstation Live NAS, the document is paused even though the printer is turned on and working.
What should happen:
The document successfully prints.
Steps to reproduce:
* Add a network printer (in my case the device URI is lpd://192.
* Send a document to the printer
Results
* The document will get stuck in queue with a status of Held. Clicking the Release selected jobs button will result in the document getting paused again.
* Roughly six minutes later a notification bubble will appear stating that the printer is not connected, even though it is turned on.
Additional notes:
I updated CUPS today to the current version through the update manager, after which printing no longer worked. I did not change any settings, and restarting CUPS did not fix the problem. My laptop can still print to the same printer with the same settings as I have yet to upgrade cups or any related packages on it; I can check the cups version on it if it would help.

Apologies for the bug spam, but with further research, I found out none of the computers in my network could print, so I don't think it's Ubuntu's fault. I'm marking this bug as invalid; if it ends up actually being a bug in CUPS, I'll re-open it.
