unity crashes if Dash is opened while a window is maximized

My GPU is:
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation N10 Family Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 02)

1. login to Ubuntu
2. start nautilus and maximize it
3. open the dash

What happens:
unity crashes
