Gnome Panels visible in fullscreen flash

Bug Description

If you watch a fullscreen flash video on youtube or another flash enabled site the video is displayed "behind" the gnome panels, ergo not beeing fullscreen and the player controls hidden below the bottom panel.

Turning of the "Place Window" Addin in Compiz fixes the behaviour. I assume it would work to add Flash to the fixed list in Compiz Settings but I have no idea how to extract the window from Firefox as flash it´s wrapped. Any ideas?
