Replace print contract with the improved one

I've written a small utility that prints files formatting them well and letting the user set preferences.
It's located at lp:pantheon-print and I think we should remove the print contract from contractor and add pantheon-print (with the related contract) to elementaryos.

Now we need to:
1) Get bug 975448 fixed
2) Remove existing print contract from Contractor package OR make pantheon-print package override default contract.

I've removed the "built-in" contract from Contractor and improved packaging of lp:pantheon-print, it should be ready for inclusion in the ISO now.

Andrea: mind making an announcement/call for testing on the mailing list?
