Unix socket documentation is incorrect

/docs/man/libmemcached_configuration.3 says the format to use a unix socket is "--SOCKET=<filepath>/?<optional_weight>". This is incorrect; the filepath must be enclosed in quotes.

(I would prefer if it works the way the documentation says it works, since wrapping things in quotes is kind of weird, but at least the documentation should match the functionality.)

Also, if the flex files were committed to the repository, troubleshooting this issue would've been a lot easier.

There is some cleanup that needs to happen around them.
