Clickpad right click HP tm 2

The (hardware-) right click isn't working instead it performs a left click. I can't turn my touchpad off by doubletapping the LED.
I'm using a HP-Touchsmart 2.

Against other bug-reports, i'm able to drag & drop.
With Ubuntu 11.10 i could tab 3 fingers (which did a middle-click), this is also disabled.
