Clicking "Copy text" for plural does not set new translation

During translation, when clicking "Copy text" beside English Plural, the text is copied to the text box for new translation under Current English (Australia)[1], but the radio button remains at "(no translation yet)" instead of changing to "New Translation".
In other words, the plural text is copied correctly, but I need to click the radio button beside "new translation".
It only affects Plural.

Steps to reproduce (using sample data):
1. Open http://translations.launchpad.dev/evolution/trunk/+pots/evolution-2.2/pt_BR/+translate?start=10
2. In string 15, click the Copy text icon from the English plural string;
3. The text is copied to the text entry field, but the radio button is not selected.

Expected results:

This bug affects non-beta UI as well.

This bug is still about and causing problems, as I’ve been “accepting” translations today that were completed months ago (but the radio box hadn’t been ticked with javascript)
Would be nice to increase the Importance.
