Fastswitching on opening makes taskbar show fastswitched as active window

Bug Description

Fastswitching before opens clicked proramm makes taskbar to show fastswitched as active window and name of fastswitched one
Comes from Bug 972903

Reproduce
0 close all windows and save work couse well in reproduction will test worst scenario
1 have opened any window
2 Minimize all
3 open home folder and before it opens fast switch to already opened but now minimized window so its on top
4 unminimized window is open and home folder opens in front but active is still the unminimized window (that also taskbar shows)

I minimized all and clicked terminal to open then fast fastswitched to FF and terminal opened in front and taskbar showing still FF as active one

That version is no more supported; and no expecting backport as it only concern 'security' problem.
