Mahjongg does not remember chosen board size - always starts in "standard" view

Bug Description

Mahjonng always starts in standard view - previous versions [e.g. as in Ubuntu 10.04] rembered chosen startup - standard or maximised. This no longer happems. Maximised view shou;d be "remmbered".
