Bug Description
On the wiki-index screen (go to Wiki, click Index) there is a duplicate "Wiki" in the page_title area. It probably should say "Wiki Index".
Of course it would be nice to eliminate that, as the submenu above it clearly indicates that you are on that screen. However, I think we made an edict that we would always have the resource_title or page_title with some value.
Up to Blaise to sort all this UX thinking out.
