Indicator Menus are inconsistent with Slingshot

Bug Description
The indicator menus should open similarly to the way slingshot does, for visual consistency i.e. similarly to the way indicator menus look in gnome shell, only elementary themed.

This is currently not possible as GTK Menus don't allow for such theming, however we will look into this for the future
